Nathan initially got his start in the entertainment industry as an actor. He cut his teeth on marquee film and television productions like Law & Order, CSI, and True Detective (HBO). During this time he was also performing nightly with the Off-Broadway theater sensation, Blue Man Group.  He eventually relocated to Los Angeles from NYC and began moonlighting as a professional studio musician. He's recorded with Grammy-winning artists that include Christian Aguilera, Alicia Keys, and The Dixie Chicks to name only a few. 

 

Having decided to try his hand at filmmaking in 2018, Nathan set out to make his first feature, A Thousand Miles Behind - a project that he wrote, produced, directed and edited. He made the film on a shoestring micro-budget of just $25k with a total crew of five friends. The film went on to win numerous awards worldwide (including Best Film and Best Director). He has since continued to immerse himself in all facets of filmmaking and visual storytelling.

In his free time, he enjoys most outdoor adventure activities. He is a lifelong surfer and an avid motorcyclist. He recently competed in his first 100-mile desert race, the Biltwell 100.

Nathan considers it his mission to tell unique and meaningful 'human' stories with the ultimate aim to inspire and connect.
